Hey guys!
Spring has finally sprung here in Austin, Texas! Our spring weather is insanely beautiful and makes our long, hot summers worth it.
Everything is starting to bloom again, and we are getting more and more of those sky blue days.
Last week I finally tried one of the cutest brunch places in the city! Snooze AM Eatery specializes in eggs benedict and fancy pancakes. The first time I tried to go, there was an hour long wait and I could not do it. But the trick is going on a weekday.
I could NOT decide what to get! Their menu is amazing. I got a latte with pumpkin syrup- yas, a PSL in spring! I went with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns, and pineapple upside down cake pancakes! The cinnamon sugar butter on top is what sold me.
The Snooze Classic
Farm fresh cage free eggs cooked any style and your choice of ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo, pulled pork, chicken sausage or soyrizo. Includes hash browns, choice of toast.Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes
Buttermilk pancakes with caramelized pineapple chunks, housemade vanilla crème anglaise and cinnamon butter.
It was all amazing and I definitely recommend this place. Bonus: my friend’s cute little rescue pup who DEFINITELY wanted a bite of my breakfast.
Where’s your favorite place to get brunch in your city?
Have a great spring!
