Everything is easier when I’m writing. I started a new project two days ago down here in Florida. It’s funny— I always get my novel ideas while I travel but never realize that until it happens.
This time, I shot out of bed and wrote down everything about this story I could for an hour. It wasn’t until the morning that I remembered my last story idea came to me here as well.
When I have writing to work on, I’m not bored. I want to run. I want to dig in and settle down and know my characters and their lives like my own. It’s amazing and makes me feel crazy. I am very inspired and very grateful for that. Back to “the grind”— outlining on the balcony!
