I dye it myself- and each month I test my own willpower by purchasing the Rose Gold color instead of Platinum blonde!

Do you wear the same style everyday or do you change it?
I like to change up my hairstyle every day, from curling it to straightening it to pinning it back.

Do you do your own mani/pedi or go to a salon?
I almost always do my own nails, and have a big selection of OPI polish at home.

How often do you change your nail polish?
Well, over the summer when I was cooking for Rose three times a week (and therefore doing a ton of dishes), I was doing my nails just about every day! It’s still pretty often– is three times a week shameful to admit??

Do you polish your toes in winter or just in summer?
My toes are literally always done.

How long does it take you to put on your make up?
It depends on where I’m going- I can do a five minute face, but my preference is at least 20 minutes, with a podcast on and a cup of coffee…

What do you do first, face or eyes?
I used to start with mascara, and I would wonder why my lashes looked clumpy by the end of my routine. Finally I heard someone on youtube say to always do them last. So I start with my face!

Do you collect make-up or do you just buy what you need and when you need it?
I collect make-up. I think about it all the time, and spend time on Reddit’s R/makeupaddiction, Sephora.com, and Ulta.com, which inspires me to buy even more. It’s TERRIBLE.

How often do you wear false eyelashes?
Birthdays.

Do you do a full-face make-up everyday?
Usually, although I wear concealer and powder instead of foundation most days.

Do you wear make-up when you’re home alone or with your family?
Yes, I feel like the day hasn’t really started until I’ve sat down at my make up table!

Would you leave the house without make-up on?
I mean, I do sometimes. But that even feels like a special “super casual, no make up” persona instead of me.

How many high-end products do you own?
Just a few- Dior mascara, Nars lipstick, some Benefit stuff.

Do you plan your OOTD every night or when you’re getting dressed?
I plan my outfit that day, although I am now remembering I picked out my clothes a week in advance when I was a freshman in high school in New Jersey.

How often do you change your handbag?
Whenever I buy a new one! So about once every two months or so.

What time do you wake up and go to sleep?
HA! I fluctuate so wildly. I don’t sleep past noon anymore, but that’s all I’ll say.

Left-handed or right-handed?
Right-handed.

How tall are you?
5’7″ and three quarters. (The three quarters are important when you realize my partner is 6’3″!)

How many pets do you have?
I don’t have any yet, but I want to have a dog this time next year.

How do you blog?
Happily, looking out at the big tree in our backyard where squirrels play.

Do you read comments posted on blogs?
Yes, and I LOVE comments!! On my page, on others… They’re important.

How did you come up with your blog name?
I was playing around with different names, and the Cinnamon Sugar ones kept coming back to me. And since this was supposed to be primarily a beauty blog, I picked Cinnamon Sugar Beauty.

What’s your favorite color?
Yellow or Pink

Do you swear?
Yes, but not too often.

What are you doing with the rest of your day?
I have a work meeting later, and groceries to buy. But first, I have to do my make up!
