Red Christmas Nails (too soon!?)

I’m totally against all the Christmas stuff for sale already.

It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s even too early for Halloween stuff, honestly, but I’ll allow that since I want to buy pumpkin flavored everything.

Christmas is still months away and I’ve seen holiday decorations for sale in Michael’s and Target and other places!

But I figured, if I can’t beat em, join em.

So here is my first gorgeous holiday season manicure! December isn’t that far away at all if you really think about it… 😁

Danke-Shiny Red by OPI

THE COLOR:

It’s a classic candy apply red with gold shimmer. It’s a warmer, lighter red than other reds in my stash. It’s a hot, ruby red only accented by the golden sheen. It looks stunning on the nail. I like this one with a glossy top coat, which really makes it pop.

THE FORMULA:

It’s got that classic amazing OPI red formula. Seriously, OPI just knows what they’re doing when it comes to reds. There’s something so sexy about a shiny, shimmery red manicure, and it only helps that this was a dream to apply. Opaque in two coats! That first coat was impressive- not streaky or sheer (I actually wrote ‘first coat is poppin’ in my notes…πŸ˜‚).

OTHER NOTES:

I could hear sleigh bells the whole time I was applying this one. It’s basically Christmas in a bottle. You’re in luck because it’s still available for sale. I found it on Amazon for $10, with that sweet Prime delivery. I’m probably going to order it myself, since my bottle is getting low and this is a legit MUST have. It’s way better than everyone’s favorite OPI shade, I’m Not Really A Waitress. It’s more youthful and fun.
