As the trees are getting their green buds and the flowers are starting to bloom, I am getting ready for warmer days and longer nights as well. Spring is here, and my various social media feeds have been flooded with beautiful pastel makeup looks and gorgeous light neutral manicures. To add to the spring color appreciation, I wanted to share my current favorite nail polish for these lovely March days.
This is Essie’s famous Mint Candy Apple, which has an incredible formula for a polish with such a white base. Along with Bikini So Teeny, these are the Essie shades I would recommend for anyone of any skin tone or age. This pale mint green is mature despite being a pastel green, and has enough blue to be fun. I always get compliments on it!
Of course, my hunt for spring polishes continues, so tell me your favorites! I also have to post my OPI sale haul (which actually includes some Essie bottles, as well as China Glaze and even a Sinful Colors one) and swatch those. Is anyone else just as obsessed with the new season of nail polish colors as they are make up? I know I am!
