Morgan Taylor: Pink Flame-ingo

Hey everyone!

Today I’m showing off one of my Morgan Taylor polishes. I own five of them right now, most purchased at Ulta during BOGO sales (love that!!). If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, I’m sure you’ll be absolutely SHOCKED to hear that this is a neon creme polish. Hahaha, my favorite!! I can’t help it. I like what I like! Pink Flame-ingo is a hot medium pink with coral undertones. It’s preeeettyyy.

This polish has a lovely formula. I like Morgan Taylor polishes so much because I can get a few days of wear without any chips. My most worn Morgan Taylor is Paparazzi Pose, and it only chips when I’m doing tons of dishes and cooking and generally being rough on my nails.

So, we’re looking at a great formula, a good wear time, and a super-trendy color for summer.

I’d definitely recommend this polish if you don’t have anything else like it in your collection…

I’d also recommend it if you’re in the process of swapping out your “juvenile” polishes for more adult ones. I went through this phase a few years ago. My little nail polish collection as a teen was full of whatever eye-catching bottles I’d snagged on sale. It took a long time to upgrade from clearance bins and impulse buys at the grocery store to actual adult nail polish with good formulas and ingredients.

I’d sit in class and wonder why my polish looked awful when I was rocking whatever random brand polish I could get my hands on without a top coat or base coat!

Oh, boy. At least I learned that lesson eventually.

Here are the similar colors in my collection. I’d say it’s closest to China Glaze’s “Rose Among the Thorns,” but that polish name sounds SO unfamiliar to me, I can’t remember the last time I reached for it. It’s either a gem I’ve inadvertently ignored, or it’s not as good as this Morgan Taylor one. And given what I know about China Glaze’s chipping tendencies, I’m guessing it’s the latter.

You can buy Pink Flame-ingo here on Nails West Beauty Center for just $4.25. I’ve never used that site, but it seems legit enough and that’s a great price for a Morgan Taylor polish. It’s also here on Ulta’s site for $9.00. As I mentioned, Ulta has BOGO sales on this brand, and you should definitely look at this color selection. There are so many I want! I’m taking note of Water Baby (another pastel blue creme– can you believe it? lol 🙄😝, Don’t Worry Be Brilliant, which is a juicy looking peach, and I’m Charmed, a super pale pink creme.

What do you think of Morgan Taylor polishes?

And you can always leave me a comment on my Instagram. I’d love to hear from you!
